Upon arrival you will be met our Airport representative and transferred to your hotel. Afternoon proceed for a sightseeing tour of Fort Cochin area. The Jewish Synagogue (Closed on Friday & Saturdays for visitors) was built in 1568, Chinese hand-painted tiles are one of the attraction. This, the only Synagogue in India has a nostalgic past of a Jewish Diaspora. The “Dutch Palace” (Closed on Fridays for visitors) was built in the 1550s; the palace contains excellent mythological murals and a rare example of traditional Keralite flooring – a subtle mix of burnt coconut shells, lime, plant juices and egg whites – which gives the effect of polished marble. Followed, St Francis Church, built in 1510 by friars brought to India by Vasco da
Gama, is the first European church built in India and is the site where Vasco da Gama was buried. Later visit Chines fishing nets.
Optional- Evening Kathakali dance performance, a stylized classical Indian dance-drama noted for the attractive make-up of characters, elaborate costumes, detailed gestures and well-defined body movements presented in tune with the anchor playback music and complementary percussion.
Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Cochin.

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Alleppey. By noon time you will board a Kettuvallam (houseboat) and proceed for an unforgettable overnight cruise, through the mesmerizing unique backwaters of Kerala. You will have an exclusive houseboat which cruises till sunset. Your boat has a private balcony with comfortable chairs. The waterways of Kerala play a major role in the economy of the state as they link remote villages and islands with the mainland. It is an incredibly different experience to cruise in the backwaters in country boats, absorbing the beauty of Kerala’s villages. Lunch, evening tea & dinner served on board. Overnight on houseboat.

Alleppey to kovalam can take 4 to 6 hrs depending on the traffic condition hence suggest you to start your journey early from Alleppey. Kovalam the world-famous beach destination of Kerala. With three adjacent crescent beaches, Kovalam has been a favorite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1930s. Life on the beach begins late in the day and carries on well into the night.
Upon arrival check in to your resort at Kovalam. Rest of the day at leisure at Kovalam beach.Overnight at Kovalam.

After breakfast, proceed towards Trivandrum, and upon reaching go for a sightseeing tour of the capital city of Kerala. Thiruvananthapuram has interesting places to see like, the Napier Museum , a beautiful building build by English architect Chrisholm combining English-Saxon-Travancore architectural styles carvings.(Open 10AM-5PM, closed on Mondays and before noon on Wednesday.) The Sri Chitra Art Gallery (Open 10AM-5PM, closed on Mondays and before noon Wednesday.) – displays a rare collection of mainly Indian paintings, the Padmanabhaswamy Temple (from outside only) – this temple is an architectural wonder and the icon around which the city is built, and Horse palace – unique palace designed by Maharaja Swathi Thirunal famous for its horse shaped windows and décor, has some good collections of antiques.

After breakfast at hotel drive to kanyakumari.. Proceed to visit the landmark that marks the southernmost point of mainland India.Visit Devi Kanyakumari Temple to seek blessings, board a ferry ride to Vivekananda Rock Memorial, drive to Suchindram town, and take pictures with the 133-feet tall sculpture of the Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar. Watch sunset and back to hotel. Overnight at Kanyakumari
